peak periods – xmas & easter
50% deposit must be paid by 1st November for Xmas and 4 weeks prior to Easter to guarantee reservation. There will be no refund at all within these time frames unless and until the premises are re-let for total period. Outside of the minimum period of notice, an administration fee of $50.00 will apply before the remainder is returned.
mid season periods
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund will be made less the administration fee of $50.00
If the booking is cancelled with notice given less than 14 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund unless the unit is relet for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of $50.00 will apply before the remainder is refunded.
low season periods
If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund will be made less the administration fee of $50.00.
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days from the date of arrival then the cost of one nights accommodation will be retained from the deposit to cover any shortfall in expected income. The remainder of deposit monies will be refunded.
short notice bookings
When a booking is made less than 7 days prior to a planned arrival date, payment in full will be required for your stay. Cancellation will result in no refund being given except for circumstances where the manager’s discretion will be final
NO REFUND for early departures unless prior arrangements made with management.
The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, canceling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.
